I've been working on my 'leadership style' lately. Which between me and you really means dragging the old leadership and coaching books off the shelf and trying to read with watering eyes at the end of 14 hour day once the kids are in bed...or in my bed - whatever works heh!!?? But I have found '100 ways to motivate others' by Steve Chandler super helpful and insightful. He has an amazing strength of observation and then is able to convey his advice in very easily digestible tips. Still counting down to 100 but loving the moments of inspiration and thought you may too!

I have a little secret that I have been dying to share for ages.....between after school pick up and then baths, most nights of the week I have a total of 15 mins tops to get dinner on the table for 3 little hungry bunnies before all hell breaks lose and I start questioning why I ever decided to combine kids with a career....to the rescue I have found the new one pan Gnocchi Napoli from Leggos an absolute winner. Pasta and sauce which were frozen separately quickly melt and combine to form lovely little soft gnocchi pieces and cheesy tomato sauce. The kids love it and hopefully you will too! (this is not a sponsored post!!) Available in most Woolies & Coles stores.

Welcome

Hello & welcome! Why am I here ? I am incredibly blessed to have 3 beautiful, healthy and energetic children while (trying!) to continue to climb the corporate ladder. To add to the complexity and reasons to give up sleeping completely my hubbie and I have opened a restaurant this year as well.
We are all busy as mothers and women but this year for me has really taken it to another level. I am constantly on the look out for ways and moments of inspiration to make things easier and simplified. With the ultimate goal to free up time to focus on the wonderful children I have - while they are still interested in sharing their lives with us!
I thought that I must not be the only one looking for moments of inspiration so as I travel along this journey a blog may be a way to share my learnings with you so that as women we can inspire and support each other.
